Whooping cough flights
Gösta Fraenckel was a Gothenburg profile who in the 1950s discovered that small children with whooping cough got better when they were allowed to fly in his open plane and ascend into thinner air. We show Gösta’s private plan (Moth Major) and how he committed himself to the children with whooping cough.
The exhibition is produced by Aeroseum in collaboration with the Medical History Museum.
