TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Shipping Free shipping on purchases over 500 SEK (under a shipping fee of 20 SEK).

Delivery Time The normal delivery time is 3 working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver the item within the agreed time, you will be notified by email. Of course, you have the right to cancel the purchase in case of delayed delivery. We send all our packages with Posten.

Payment When shopping with us, you can feel secure. We use Klarna’s payment services. Klarna is Sweden’s leading player in online payment solutions. You have the option to pay by invoice, card (Visa or Mastercard), and direct payment from Swedbank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, and SEB.

Invoice from Klarna If you have questions about your invoice from Klarna or if you want to change the payment method afterward, please contact Klarna at +46 8-120 120 10 or via Klarna Customer Service.

Unclaimed Shipment Unclaimed shipments that are returned will be invoiced at 199 SEK per package to cover our transport and handling costs.

Exchange/Return If you want to exchange or return a purchased item, contact us at webshop@aeroseum.se. You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The right of withdrawal applies only if the returned item is intact, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Sales to Minors Purchases from individuals under 18 years old are not accepted without parental approval.

Dispute Any dispute arising from these terms will be settled under Swedish law in a Swedish court. We follow Swedish law – e-commerce legislation.

PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY

From May 25, 2018, a new law, GDPR, comes into effect. It is a common law that means the same rules apply everywhere in Europe. GDPR replaces PUL (Personal Data Act), which has been a Swedish law since 1988. With GDPR, all organizations, merchants, and companies have a greater responsibility to ensure that customer data does not fall into the wrong hands. Aeroseum is responsible for processing the personal data you provide to us as a customer. This data is processed by us to administer your orders and for marketing purposes. Aeroseum does not disclose personal data, email addresses, or other customer information to third parties, except as mentioned in point number two below.

As an online retailer, Aeroseum is obliged to ensure that your data is processed as follows:

We store your name, address, email address, and phone number to be able to deliver your ordered item.
We disclose your address to third parties, in this case, the carrier and payment provider Klarna.
You have the right to be erased from all systems at any time.
We store your data for 7 years due to accounting legislation.
You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority.
You have the right to get an extract of all information that we have saved about you.

Use of Cookies

A cookie is a text file stored on your computer. Cookies are normally used to improve the website for the user, for example, to customize a website according to the visitor’s preferences and choices. A permanent cookie remains on the visitor’s computer for a specified period. A session cookie is temporarily stored in the computer’s memory while a visitor is on a website. Session cookies disappear when you close your browser.

We do not use permanent cookies. We use session cookies to check if you are logged in or if you have placed an item in the shopping cart.

You can choose to delete cookie files that have been placed on your computer at any time. If you do not want to allow cookies, you can choose to change settings in your browser so that they are not accepted. By accepting cookies on your computer, Aeroseum assumes that you give your permission for cookies to be used when visiting us. If your browser or firewall is set to deny the storage of cookies, you can instead place your order via email to webshop@aeroseum.se.

Aeroseum uses Google Analytics as a tool to get an idea of how visitors use the website. We use the information to see how the visitor uses our website and our various categories and subpages. For example, we use reports of visits to the website to improve content, navigation, and structure. The information is not stored by Aeroseum. The analysis tool uses cookies, and the information generated by these through your use of the website is forwarded to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Aeroseum uses an anonymization function in Google Analytics, where the tool removes the last digits of visitors’ IP addresses before the information is stored by Google. Google may transfer this information to third parties if required by law or if a third party processes the information on Google’s behalf.

Aeroseum also uses Google’s advertising platform Google Adwords and Facebook’s advertising platform Facebook Ads Manager. To be able to show as relevant ads as possible for you as a visitor to Aeroseum, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads Manager save information about your behavior on Aeroseum. The information is stored on Google and Facebook servers in the United States.

Force Majeure Events such as war, natural disasters, labor strikes, government decisions, non-deliveries from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and similar events beyond our control, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure, relieving us of our obligations to fulfill entered agreements.
